Lifford born E'van O'Donnell took the country music scene by storm with the release of his first album "Out Of The Shadows" and is being tipped to become Irelands next big country star.

E'van's singing career began in the local school choir at the age of 12 and has taken him onto the audition set of "Stars In Their Eyes" television show.

"The Morning After the Night Before" was E'vans first single, which was releasesd in February 2004 and was quickly followed by his first hit record "Patches" which became the most requested song on many of our local radio stations including Ronan Collins R.T.E. radio show

2004 saw the release of two more hit singles "Bonaparts Retreat" and "Blaze Of Glory" and led to E'van's first T.V. appearance on OPEN HOUSE on R.T.E. E'van is a rare artiste who can consistently surprise and delight us without severing his musical roots or resorting to gimmicks.

Acknowledged as country's "NEW KID ON THE BLOCK" . Most country performers sing about the rural life, but E'van deliberately and passionately lives it. "When I decided to move home from Jersey I thought that just being in the country and living a country life might be a way to come up with some good, honest country music."

He creates music for every man , yet sings like no other man. His strong smooth vocals slip as comfortably into a traditional country song as easy as a cowboy slips into his favorite pair of boots.

2005 saw E'van rise even further up the country ladder with the release of his second Album "INTO THE LIGHT" which is a huge success with two hits singles in the year.

The first was the duet with the King Of Country Mick Flavin "It's Five O Clock Somewhere" and E'vans biggest hit to date "Beneath the Ballroom Lights".

It was a year that E'van was recognized as a country star, ot only at home in Ireland but also abroad. Sotland took him to greater heights with two sellout tours and future bookings that will see E'van touring Scotland and England for the next three years.

2005 also give E'van his first Gold Record in recognition for sales of his first album "Out Of The Shadow". 2006 is a busy year for E'van with two more albums and a DVD in progress. Concert tours of Scotland and England as well as shows here at home will keep him extremely busy this year.
