"The Grand Tour The best Version to hit the
Record Shops"

I was talking to a drummer from
one of the bands over here and we started talking about the song The Grand Tour
and he said you havent heard the grand tour unless you heard Aaron Neville
singing it. So I did some research and found the song and wow it's fantastic and
the video to go along with it so below you can watch the video brilliant what
can I say. Here is some info on Aaron below.
Aaron Neville
(born January 24,
1941 in New Orleans, Louisiana) is an
American
soul and
R&B singer. He made his debut in 1966 with the hit single "Tell It Like It
Is", a Number One hit on the Billboard R&B charts. Neville did not chart
again, however, until 1989, when he collaborated with Linda Ronstadt on three
consecutive duets: "Don't
Know Much", "All My
Life", and "When Something Is Wrong with My Baby", of which the first two
reached Number One on the Adult Contemporary charts.
To date, Neville has released more than
twenty singles, including three Number Ones on the Adult Contemporary format,
and a fourth on the R&B format.

Step right up, come on in
If you'd like to take the grand tour
Of the lonely house that once was home sweet home
I have nothing here to sell you
Just some things that I will tell you
Some things I know will chill you to the bone
Over there, sits the chair
Where she'd bring the paper to me sit down on my knee and whisper
"oh, I love you"
But now she's gone forever
And this old house will never
Be the same without the love that we once knew
Straight ahead, that's the bed, where we'd lie in love together
And lord knows we had a good thing going here
See her picture on the table, don't it look like she'd be able
Just to touch me and say "good morning dear"
There's her ring, all her things, and her clothes are in the closet
Where she left them when she tore my world apart
As you leave you see the nursery, oh she left me without mercy
Taking nothing but our baby and my heart
Step right up, come on in, come on in
